Service: Routine cleaning and maintenance of your furnace or boiler, checking your generator on a yearly basis, or fixing a leak in the kitchen faucet; all the little items that need to be done at a scheduled time. Hubbard Heating & Plumbing can schedule these appointments to fit your calendar. When you call the office you are talking to our dispatch team who can confirm a time that best suits your needs and schedule.

Emergency Service: Those events that happen after normal business hours, evenings, weekends and holidays. Our on-call technicians can respond to our customers' needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When you call the office, press 1 on the option menu and you will be talking with a trained Hubbard Heating & Plumbing technician, not an answering machine or answering service.

Our trucks are fully stocked with the tools and service parts to respond to most service calls.

Our technicians arrive at your door with identification so you know who they are, and with a work order to verify the planned service.

Payment is expected at the time of service, and will be confirmed by the dispatch staff or the on-call technician. For your convenience we do accept Visa and Mastercard.

Service Agreement Customers: The Hubbard Heating and Plumbing Service Agreement will help you with all your heating and air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing service. With a Service Agreement you have priority scheduling, no overtime charges, and you will save money on every call.

New Customers are always welcome. Call us to schedule service on your heating, electrical, air conditioning, or plumbing needs, large or small. Our dispatch staff is in the office Monday through Thursday 7:30 to 4:00 and on Fridays from 7:30 to noon. After hours, select option 2 to leave a message and we will return your call the next business day.

Service Area: The Hubbard Heating & Plumbing Service Area includes much of Seneca, and Tompkins Counties and part of Schuyler County.
